You may also request deactivation or deletion of your data, subject to settlement of all financial liabilities, and provided such deletion does not breach any compliance obligations. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between the user (“you”, “client”, or “user”) and One Solution (“we,” “our,” or “the Company”) concerning the access and use of our services, website, mobile applications, partner platforms, content, tools, and any engagement in services offered directly or indirectly by One Solution. By using our platform, opening a Demat or trading account through us, engaging in any form of advisory, educational, or digital service, or utilizing our partnerships with financial service providers, you agree to comply with all the terms stated herein. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are advised to stop using our services immediately.
One Solution is a digital financial services facilitator and business distributor offering services such as Demat and trading account onboarding, stock market education, insurance and loan referrals, mutual fund access, PMS and algo trading facilitation, and third-party integration with platforms registered under SEBI, NSE, BSE, IRDAI, RBI, and other recognized regulatory bodies. We do not offer portfolio management or fund advisory services unless explicitly stated and lawfully licensed. Our role is strictly limited to acting as a mediator, facilitator, or content provider through our digital ecosystem.
All users must be of legal age (18 years or older) and possess the capacity to enter into legally binding agreements. The user must ensure that all data submitted to us—including PAN, Aadhaar, contact details, address, bank account, and financial information—is accurate, complete, and authentic. Any misrepresentation, falsification, or use of another individual’s identity will be treated as a violation of law and will lead to immediate suspension of services and possible reporting to appropriate regulatory or enforcement authorities.
By using any of our services, including blogs, newsletters, phone consultations, WhatsApp communications, or educational tools, the user acknowledges and accepts that all financial decisions are made at their own risk. One Solution does not guarantee returns, profits, capital preservation, or any specific investment performance. Our published content, suggestions, or general discussions on market trends are for informational and educational purposes only and must not be construed as personal investment advice. You are encouraged to consult SEBI-registered investment advisors or your own financial consultants before taking any action based on the content or tools available on our platform.
In the event you engage with third-party service providers through One Solution—including but not limited to Angel One, Sharekhan, Zoho, Cashfree, Vyapar, insurance aggregators, NBFCs, and loan providers—you understand and accept that these platforms operate independently with their own terms, conditions, privacy policies, and regulatory mandates. One Solution is not responsible for the technical functioning, service quality, response time, data handling, operational delays, policy rejections, investment executions, or losses incurred due to any direct or indirect interaction with these third parties. Any grievances or disputes arising from such interactions must be resolved directly with the respective service provider.
All content provided through One Solution, whether visual, textual, or audio, is proprietary and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, rebranding, scraping, reverse engineering, or misuse of our content and services is strictly prohibited and will result in legal action. Users may not impersonate One Solution or its staff, mislead clients using our brand identity, or represent themselves as our employees without explicit, written permission.
You agree to use our services in a lawful manner and shall not engage in any behavior that may harm the reputation, operations, users, or legal standing of One Solution. Prohibited actions include but are not limited to misuse of referral systems, fraudulent account creations, submission of fake documents, promotion of unverified third-party financial services, and any attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities.
All payments made to One Solution, whether for onboarding services, affiliate plans, subscriptions, or special educational content, are final and non-refundable. Users must understand the scope of service before making any payment. Refund requests will only be entertained if approved in writing under rare exceptions and upon submission of valid justification.
Your use of our services is at your own risk, and One Solution disclaims all liabilities associated with investment losses, third-party misconduct, misinformation, delays, inaccuracies, and market fluctuations. Even if any suggestion or insight is shared via our platform or by our representatives, the final decision lies with the user. One Solution shall not be responsible for any financial consequences resulting from user actions.
All legal disputes, misunderstandings, claims, or proceedings arising from the use of One Solution’s services or the interpretation of these Terms shall be governed under the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction granted to the competent courts located in Guwahati, Assam. You waive your right to seek legal recourse in any jurisdiction outside of Guwahati.

Jurisdiction Clause
All disputes, claims, controversies, or legal proceedings arising out of or relating to the use of One Solution’s services, website, applications, or any agreements or transactions associated with One Solution shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
You expressly agree that only the courts located in Guwahati, Assam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, suit, or legal proceeding arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, our services, or any contractual relationship with One Solution.
This jurisdiction clause applies regardless of your current location, nationality, business registration, or place of residence. No other court, tribunal, or dispute resolution forum outside Guwahati shall have authority or standing to adjudicate matters pertaining to One Solution.
Refund and Cancellation Policy – One Solution

At One Solution, we maintain a strict and transparent Refund and Cancellation Policy to ensure clarity and legal compliance across all our services. This policy applies to all users, clients, partners, and subscribers who engage with any of our offerings including Demat and Trading account facilitation, advisory, educational services, insurance, loans, financial distribution, or partner solutions.
## 1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to One Solution for services rendered, onboarding charges, partner programs, educational webinars, or consulting fees are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or adjusted under any circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to):
- Demat & trading account onboarding charges
- Subscription fees for blogs, training, or advisory
- Third-party services booked through One Solution
- Commission or brokerage received
- Premium support or partner packages
Clients are advised to thoroughly review the scope of services, ask questions, and ensure clarity before making any payments.
## 2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of services is allowed under specific conditions only:
- If the service has not yet been initiated, users may raise a written cancellation request within 12 hours of payment.
- Once the account is opened, the transaction is processed, or the service has started (e.g., KYC done, partner API generated, webinar link shared), cancellation is not permitted.
- Third-party products (e.g., Angel One, Sharekhan, Cashfree, Zoho, Vyapar, etc.) once initiated or activated through our platform, cannot be cancelled through One Solution. Users must contact the respective third-party for their internal cancellation process.

## 3. Service Delays and Non-Delivery
We are committed to timely delivery. However, One Solution is not liable for delays caused by:
- Internet or platform outages
- Regulatory changes or server downtime of partner platforms
- Delays in KYC verification or onboarding due to incomplete documents
- External disruptions or force majeure events
Under no circumstances shall such delays constitute grounds for refunds or cancellation unless formally approved by management in writing.

All refunds (if any) approved on exception shall be processed to the original source account within 10–15 business days.
## 5. Jurisdiction
All refund, cancellation, or payment-related disputes shall be governed exclusively by the laws of India, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Guwahati, Assam.

This Risk Disclosure Policy is issued by One Solution, a financial services and digital investment facilitation firm based in India. One Solution explicitly disclaims any responsibility for the outcome of your investment or trading decisions. It is strongly advised that users thoroughly understand the financial instruments they are engaging in, seek licensed and independent advice where necessary, and never invest money they cannot afford to lose. Our partnerships with platforms such as Angel One, Sharekhan, Zoho, Vyapar, Cashfree, and other SEBI, NSE, BSE, IRDAI, or RBI registered entities are non-exclusive, independent, and advisory in nature. We do not manage, influence, or guarantee the quality, speed, legality, or safety of services provided by these partners. Any disputes or losses arising from third-party applications or financial platforms must be addressed directly with the service provider. Additionally, regulatory frameworks in India may evolve over time. Clients are expected to remain updated with laws, policies, and trading regulations issued by SEBI, NSE, BSE, IRDAI, RBI, or other authorities relevant to the services they avail. Failure to comply with applicable regulations may lead to penalties, suspension of accounts, or legal proceedings, for which One Solution will not be responsible.
By using any service or feature provided by One Solution, whether free or paid, you acknowledge that you are fully aware of the market risks involved and accept that One Solution will not be held accountable for financial decisions made under your name. You also accept that investment returns are not guaranteed and that your capital is at risk in the financial markets.
All disputes arising from or related to this policy shall be governed solely by the laws of India, and the jurisdiction shall rest exclusively with the competent courts located in Guwahati, Assam.

Client Agreement – One Solution

This Client Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding document between you (the "Client") and One Solution, a financial services and digital distribution firm operating under applicable Indian laws. By engaging with our services—including but not limited to Demat and trading account facilitation, financial advisory, partner onboarding, investment content, or third-party services facilitated via One Solution—you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms laid out in this Agreement.
One Solution operates as a facilitator, digital service provider, and content distributor. We do not directly handle stock execution, asset management, loan disbursal, or insurance underwriting. Any such services are delivered through third-party platforms registered with regulatory bodies such as SEBI, NSE, BSE, IRDAI, and RBI, and One Solution assumes no responsibility for their internal processes, technical functioning, regulatory compliance, or service delivery.
The Client understands and agrees that all investments made through platforms or partners associated with One Solution are subject to market risks. The Client acknowledges that One Solution does not guarantee returns, principal protection, performance assurance, or capital appreciation in any form. While educational blogs, charts, market content, or advisory comments may be shared, these are strictly intended for informational purposes. Under no circumstance should this information be construed as investment advice, legal guidance, or financial planning service.
By entering into this Agreement, the Client confirms that they are fully capable of understanding the financial products and services they choose to engage in. The Client agrees to exercise due diligence, independent research, and professional consultation (where required) prior to making financial decisions. Any action taken based on suggestions or content from One Solution shall be the sole responsibility of the Client, and One Solution shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage incurred.
The Client further acknowledges that One Solution may use the services of third-party platforms such as Angel One, Sharekhan, Zoho, Cashfree, Vyapar, insurance partners, NBFCs, and others to provide a holistic experience. These platforms operate under their own terms of service and are subject to individual privacy, operational, and legal frameworks. One Solution bears no liability for system failures, data breaches, delays, or losses that arise due to issues originating from these platforms. All client grievances regarding execution, service disruption, failed transactions, or third-party support must be directed to the respective organization.
The Client is solely responsible for the security of their login credentials, devices, passwords, and personal information used to access One Solution platforms or any partner applications. One Solution shall not be held accountable for unauthorized access, data leaks, or cyber fraud arising from user negligence.
The Client agrees not to misuse the services of One Solution for any unlawful activity including but not limited to identity fraud, tax evasion, manipulation of financial documents, or misuse of referral and partner programs. Any suspicious activity or violation of regulatory guidelines may lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of services without prior notice.
This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes, legal claims, or proceedings arising from this Agreement or your use of services facilitated by One Solution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam. The Client waives any right to challenge the jurisdiction on the basis of residence, business location, or digital engagement.
By accessing, subscribing, or using the services of One Solution, the Client affirms that they have read this Agreement in full, understand its contents, and voluntarily agree to all its terms and conditions.

Many of these services are powered, executed, or supported by third-party companies and platforms, which operate under their own regulatory frameworks, privacy policies, service agreements, and legal obligations.
These third-party providers may include, but are not limited to: Angel One, Sharekhan, Zoho, Cashfree, Vyapar, SEBI/NSE/BSE-registered brokers, IRDAI-licensed insurers, RBI-regulated NBFCs, and mutual fund distributors. One Solution does not own, operate, or manage these platforms. As such, we do not have control over their technology, support systems, operational delays, pricing structures, decision-making, or business conduct.
Users accessing services from these third-party entities through One Solution do so at their own discretion and risk. One Solution expressly disclaims any liability arising from errors, omissions, inaccuracies, service failures, transactional losses, delays, or misconduct originating from these external platforms. Any dispute, complaint, technical issue, or claim arising from your use of a third-party platform must be directed to that provider exclusively. One Solution will not intervene in such matters nor shall it be responsible for resolving them.
Furthermore, One Solution shall not be held liable for any breach of data privacy, financial fraud, misrepresentation, system downtime, fund reversals, or failure to execute trades or transactions that occur on or through third-party websites, apps, or service providers. We make no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, legality, or performance of services offered by our partners.
The inclusion or promotion of any third-party brand, broker, platform, or service on our website, mobile app, or marketing materials does not constitute endorsement, certification, or validation by One Solution. It is the user's responsibility to read, understand, and accept the respective platform's terms of use, disclaimers, privacy policies, and risk statements before engaging or transacting.
All services facilitated through One Solution, including those involving third-party integrations, are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any guarantees. Users are expected to perform independent due diligence before making any financial or contractual decisions.

Sub-Broker Code of Conduct – One Solution

This Sub-Broker Code of Conduct outlines the ethical, legal, and operational expectations applicable to all sub-brokers, associates, or partners operating under or affiliated with One Solution, whether registered directly or indirectly through our facilitation channels.
By enrolling as a sub-broker, business partner, associate, or financial agent under the One Solution network, the individual or entity (hereafter referred to as “Sub-Broker”) agrees to comply with the provisions laid out in this Code, in addition to all applicable laws and regulations governed by SEBI, NSE, BSE, CDSL, IRDAI, RBI, and any other competent regulatory authority.
The Sub-Broker must conduct their business with the utmost integrity, transparency, and professionalism. Under no circumstances shall the Sub-Broker mislead clients, misrepresent services, offer unauthorised financial advice, guarantee returns, or manipulate information to influence client decisions. The Sub-Broker shall act only as a facilitator and is not authorised to provide investment tips, portfolio management services, or financial guarantees unless explicitly licensed and approved under the relevant statutory frameworks.
All client acquisition must be conducted in a lawful, non-coercive, and compliant manner. Sub-Brokers must ensure full disclosure of charges, brokerage, associated risks, and platform terms to every prospective client. Misuse of KYC documentation, falsification of identity, or any fraudulent onboarding will result in immediate termination and legal action under applicable cyber and financial laws.
The Sub-Broker is strictly prohibited from impersonating One Solution or claiming to represent its directors, founders, or internal staff without prior written consent. Communication with clients must be done under proper branding and in alignment with One Solution’s approved material and templates. Any deviation resulting in brand damage, legal consequences, or financial loss to clients or the company shall be borne entirely by the Sub-Broker.
All commissions, revenue-sharing models, incentives, or payouts are subject to timely performance, client activation, regulatory compliance, and clean onboarding practices. One Solution reserves the right to withhold, delay, or revoke payouts in case of fraudulent behavior, misuse of promotional offers, duplicate leads, or violation of this Code.
Sub-Brokers shall not associate with or promote unregistered, non-SEBI-compliant platforms, Telegram groups, or third-party financial influencers in their capacity as a One Solution associate. The Sub-Broker also agrees not to engage in cross-selling without approval, circulate unverified promotional messages, or disclose confidential business information.
This Code of Conduct shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any dispute arising from its interpretation, violation, or execution shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Guwahati, Assam.
By continuing their association with One Solution, the Sub-Broker confirms they have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms and conduct standards listed herein.

Affiliate and Referral Policy – One Solution

This Affiliate and Referral Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and obligations for individuals or entities participating in the One Solution Affiliate or Referral Program. By joining as an affiliate, referrer, partner, or promotional associate, you agree to abide by the guidelines below and represent our brand in a compliant, transparent, and ethical manner.
One Solution offers a referral-based incentive structure that allows registered participants to refer clients for Demat and trading accounts, insurance services, loan facilitation, financial tools, and educational services offered directly or indirectly via One Solution’s partnerships. These programs are designed for individuals or professionals who wish to promote our services and earn compensation based on successful conversions.
To participate, each affiliate or referrer must register through an official One Solution onboarding process and receive a unique referral link or code. Referrals must be genuine, consent-based, and fully compliant with applicable KYC, SEBI, IRDAI, or RBI regulations. All personal or financial information collected during the referral must be protected and disclosed only through official, secure channels.
Affiliates and referrers are strictly prohibited from misrepresenting One Solution’s services, using misleading advertisements, guaranteeing returns, creating fake client data, or promoting our offerings via spam, cold messages, or unauthorized media channels. Any attempt to manipulate the referral structure, engage in fraudulent onboarding, or duplicate leads will result in immediate termination from the program, forfeiture of commissions, and legal action.
One Solution reserves full rights to validate, verify, or reject any referral or affiliate claim based on internal checks, regulatory red flags, or suspicious activity. Referral commissions, bonuses, or payouts shall only be processed upon successful verification, client activation, and service usage. This Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy is established by One Solution, a financial facilitation and distribution company operating in India. The purpose of this policy is to outline our commitment to preventing and detecting any activities related to money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, and other illicit financial practices through our services or partner platforms.
As a responsible financial service provider operating in partnership with SEBI/NSE/BSE/CDSL/IRDAI/RBI-registered entities, One Solution strictly adheres to the guidelines issued by the Financial Intelligence Unit of India (FIU-IND), Reserve Bank of India (RBI), and Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI). Compliance with the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (PMLA) and its amendments is mandatory for all clients, sub-brokers, agents, partners, and affiliates associated with One Solution.
Every individual or entity seeking to open a Demat or trading account, invest in mutual funds, purchase insurance, or avail of any service through One Solution must undergo comprehensive KYC verification. The KYC process includes submission of officially valid documents such as PAN card, Aadhaar, passport-size photograph, proof of address, income declaration (when required), bank details, and biometric authentication via Aadhaar-based OTP or in-person verification.
We reserve the right to reject any application or suspend services if the KYC documents submitted are forged, unverifiable, expired, or raise red flags under internal screening or due diligence procedures. Any attempt to create accounts using fake identities, proxy information, or misrepresented profiles shall be reported to relevant authorities and blacklisted from our network.
In adherence to AML obligations, One Solution monitors client transactions and behavioral patterns for suspicious activity. This includes, but is not limited to: unusually large transactions, rapid movement of funds, layering of accounts, third-party funding, or mismatched profiles. Any activity suspected to be linked to money laundering, terrorism financing, or fraud is immediately flagged for internal investigation and, if necessary, reported to FIU-IND and law enforcement agencies without prior notice to the user.
No cash payments are accepted by One Solution or its affiliates for any service rendered. All payments must be made through traceable banking channels such as UPI, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, or cheque. We prohibit the use of anonymous accounts, cryptocurrencies, or shell companies in any financial transaction.
Partners, agents, sub-brokers, and associates working under the One Solution network must also ensure that their client onboarding processes follow proper KYC and AML protocols. Failure to do so will result in immediate termination of partnership and may involve legal action.
This policy shall be reviewed periodically and updated in accordance with evolving regulations and global compliance standards. All users engaging with One Solution are required to read, understand, and comply with this KYC & AML Policy. Non-compliance will lead to denial of service, suspension, or permanent blacklisting.

Clients may raise grievances related to account onboarding, service delays, communication lapses, affiliate disputes, content quality, or third-party referrals. However, One Solution cannot be held responsible for complaints related to delays, fraud, misrepresentation, or service failure directly caused by third-party platforms such as Angel One, Sharekhan, Zoho, Cashfree, Vyapar, or any SEBI/NSE/BSE/IRDAI-registered broker or insurer. In such cases, clients must contact the respective provider through their grievance channels.
All complaints must be submitted in writing to onesolutionez@hotmail.com with full details including your registered name, contact information, nature of grievance, transaction details, and any supporting documents or screenshots. Anonymous or incomplete complaints will not be processed.
Upon receipt of a valid complaint, our team will acknowledge it within 48 business hours. A detailed internal review will be conducted, and a resolution or response will be provided within 7 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the case. If more time is required, the client will be informed of the expected timeline.
If the client is not satisfied with the resolution, they may request an escalation. Such escalations will be reviewed by a senior compliance officer or management team member. The final resolution will be communicated within a maximum of 15 working days from the date of escalation.
Clients are expected to raise grievances in a respectful and lawful manner. Abusive behavior, threats, or misuse of the grievance mechanism may lead to denial of support and legal action. One Solution reserves the right to restrict future access to its services in cases of repeated misuse or false complaints.
